Staff access to verification materials and messages is limited to trained personnel on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

8. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, profile content and messages are removed from production systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days. We retain limited records for longer only where necessary — for example, to enforce bans against bad actors, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations — and those records are isolated from normal operations.

9. International Data Transfers

TranSugarBaby is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. When personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure equivalent protection.

10. Adults Only — No Children's Data

TranSugarBaby is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we delete it and all associated data immediately. If you believe a minor is using the platform, please alert us through our contact page.
