1. Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to TranSugarBaby. These Terms and Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and TranSugarBaby ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of transsugarbaby.com and the TranSugarBaby platform (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, browsing the member area, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — Strictly 18 and Over

The Service is open only to adults aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By using TranSugarBaby, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide about your age is truthful. We use an age gate at entry and age confirmation at registration, and we may request additional verification at any time. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended immediately and deleted upon confirmation. If you are under 18, you must leave now — no exceptions, no appeals. If you believe a minor is using the Service, report it through our contact page and we will act at once.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering, and to keep it updated. You may use a chosen name or nickname on your profile — we understand that for many trans members, a chosen name is the only correct name — but the underlying account details (such as your email and date of birth) must be genuine.

3.2 One account per person

Each member may maintain one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you may not sell, lend, or share access to yours.

3.3 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Verification

Full access to messaging requires photo verification and profile review. Verification materials are used solely to confirm that you are a real adult matching your profile, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. What TranSugarBaby Is — and What It Is Not

TranSugarBaby is a dating platform. It exists so that consenting adults — trans sugar babies and sugar daddies — can meet, talk, and form mutually beneficial relationships built on companionship, mentorship, and generosity. The Service is not, and may never be used as, a venue for escorting, sex work, solicitation, or any form of transactional sexual services. Offering or requesting sexual services in exchange for money or gifts, advertising rates for sexual activity, or using the platform to facilitate prostitution or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and results in immediate, permanent termination. Where we become aware of illegal conduct, we cooperate with law enforcement as required by law. This bright line protects every member of our community and is not negotiable.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against any member — including any transphobic, racist, sexist, or otherwise hateful conduct.
• Fetishize, misgender, or deliberately disrespect trans members; our Community Guidelines define this in detail and are enforced.
• Send unsolicited explicit content, or pressure any member for photos, contact details, meetings, or intimacy.
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other members under false pretenses, or engage in romance scams, advance-fee fraud, or blackmail.
• Create fake profiles, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.
• Use the Service to recruit, advertise, or promote any business, escort service, or external platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest member data; attempt to circumvent the age gate, verification, or privacy controls; or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
• Upload content you have no right to share, including other people's photos or copyrighted material.
• Do anything that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

6. Premium Membership, Payments, and Refunds

6.1 Free and premium tiers

Basic membership — creating a profile, browsing verified members, and receiving messages — is free. Optional premium plans unlock features such as advanced filters, profile boosts, and unlimited messaging. Premium features are conveniences, never a barrier to joining.

6.2 Billing

Premium plans are billed in advance by our third-party payment processor and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first. All charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor. Prices are shown before purchase and include any applicable taxes where required.

6.3 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings; your premium features remain active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law — including statutory cooling-off rights in the EU and UK, where you may withdraw within 14 days provided you have not fully used the Service — payments are non-refundable for partially used periods. If we terminate your account without cause during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion pro rata. If you are terminated for violating these Terms, no refund is due.

7. Your Content and the License You Grant

You retain full ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting it, you grant TranSugarBaby a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the Service — that is, to show your profile to other verified members and to moderate it. We do not use your photos or profile in advertising, and we never make member content publicly searchable. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content shared with other members in private messages (which persists in their inbox until they delete it) and limited backups retained per our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have rights to everything you post, and that posting it does not violate anyone's rights — including their privacy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will meet any particular person, form any relationship, or achieve any outcome. Members interact at their own risk: we verify profiles and moderate actively, but we cannot conduct background checks on every member, and we are not responsible for the conduct, honesty, or intentions of any member, online or offline. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranSugarBaby and its operators, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, emotional distress arising from member interactions, or harm resulting from meetings between members — arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law permits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TranSugarBaby from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your interactions with other members.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings — permanently and without penalty. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, endanger other members, or use the Service unlawfully, and we may preserve limited records of terminated accounts to prevent re-registration by bad actors. Sections concerning content licenses (as limited above), disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence give you greater rights — in which case those rights apply. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless your local law entitles you to sue in your home courts. EU and UK consumers retain all statutory rights, including access to their local courts and any applicable out-of-court dispute resolution.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-platform message. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
